RE-ASSEMBLY TIPS

Core replacement on the Pro Line Series Toasters is straight forward. Here are a few items to check during your re-assembly procedures.

ALWAYS CHECK THE FOLLOWING:

1. Remove any soil or grime from the Toaster Chassis and clean the offended surfaces with a mild soap solution. If the rubber feet are damaged or worn, replace the entire set.

2. To insure customer safety, confirm that you have a snug fit on your Core to Chassis Ground lead connection. A star washer is used on this connector.

NOTE: Look at the lead orientation carefully. During re-assembly be absolutely sure that this ground lead is oriented correctly and not blocking the Crumb Tray Slot.

2. Check the orientation of the Toaster Core relative to the Chassis by noting the side of the Toaster that has the Crumb Tray as shown below.

3. After securing the new Core to the Chassis you will next place the Stainless Steel Cover on the Chassis. Be sure that the Tabs of the Cover slide into the slots of the Toaster Core as shown in the photo below.

4. Make sure that the On/Off Switch and Shade Control switches are keyed to the Control Assembly before tightening the Screws in the front of the Toaster.

5. Secure the front (1/2") and rear (1/4") brackets, the Lift Lever and Crumb Tray and you should be ready for Final Inspection.
